Dude, despite what most of these other retards say about it ripping off Street Fighter and DBZ, I think you did an excellent job.
Hopefully in the series, you will flesh out the story and the characters, and start to use your own animation. But that's all... otherwise, you are a promising artist, keep it up.

P.S. By the way, the song on the DB Ecks trailer, what was its name?

I loved how you made fun of those jack-offs at the RIAA. Those jerks need to lay off. That was an excellent Matrix spoof, unlike so many of the crappy ones that permiate this site. The acting, drawings, music and animation were all top notch. It was also funny to see my boys from TN as the agents. The only thing I didn't like about the movie were all of the crack jokes. crack sucks! But regardless, excellent stuff. Looking forward to part 2 and TN 5!!
